pttonline OS

We put technology and AI first. pttonline OS is the software we build in-house to decide what to buy, how to price it, and when a listing needs attention on the marketplaces where we sell. New tools are always in the works.

Why we build our own

Our money goes in first, so the numbers have to be right

As a marketplace accelerator, we buy inventory upfront and carry the stock risk ourselves. A bad buying decision costs us, not the brand. pttonline OS is there to get that decision right: before we commit, it puts current marketplace prices, fees, selling eligibility, and demand next to every line of a supplier's offer.

Once products are live, pttonline OS keeps working: Repricer adjusts our prices automatically within the profit limits we set, offer alerts flag changes on our Amazon listings, and review requests go out to Amazon buyers.

Technology is how we run the company, not a side project. We use AI and machine learning for demand forecasting, pricing intelligence, sourcing optimisation, and sales automation. And whenever software can do a job better, we build the tool ourselves.

The stack

Three systems, built in-house

Each one covers a different part of the job, from the first look at a supplier's price list to the price a shopper sees.

How it fits together

From price list to live listing

  1. Check

A brand or supplier sends a price list. Amazon Automation and Kaufland Automation add prices, fees, eligibility, demand, and Buy Box data to every product.

  2. Buy

We order the products where the numbers work. The enriched price list is the basis for every purchase decision.

  3. Price

Once the stock is live, Repricer watches competing offers and adjusts prices automatically within our profit limits.

  4. Watch

Offer alerts flag changes on our Amazon listings, and review requests go out to Amazon buyers.

pttonline OS FAQ

pttonline OS is the software stack pttonline builds and runs in-house. Its three core systems are Amazon Automation, Kaufland Automation, and Repricer. Together they cover supplier offer analysis, buying decisions, pricing, and listing monitoring on the marketplaces where pttonline sells.

Today, Amazon and Kaufland, with more marketplaces planned. Amazon Automation and Kaufland Automation each analyse supplier offers for their own marketplace. Repricer isn't tied to any one marketplace: it monitors competing offers wherever we sell.

It looks at the competing offers on each marketplace where we sell the product, applies the pricing strategy configured for that product, and changes the price automatically. Every change respects the profit limits we set, so competing on price does not mean giving away margin.

When we work with a brand through the Marketplace Accelerator, every purchase and price is checked against current marketplace data. We order what the numbers support, price within set profit limits, and keep watching the offers on our listings.

We build and run it in-house. Technology at pttonline is led by co-founder and CTO Tony Pham.

Yes. pttonline OS is in continuous development: we keep building new tools and improving the ones we already run. Its core systems today are Amazon Automation, Kaufland Automation, and Repricer.

AI and machine learning support four areas of our work: demand forecasting, pricing intelligence, sourcing optimisation, and sales automation. Putting technology first means that decisions on what to stock, how to price it, and where to sell start with the data.
